Welcome and congratulations on joining The NCE GapAfford Plus Savings Program. We are pleased to offer you the services and perks previously available only to the traditional large employers. As part of our effort to improve the lives of our members, we have contracted with several providers to create this program. We encourage you to take a few minutes to go through this website which will review each service and provide you with directions on how to access the services.

These benefits ARE NOT INSURANCE.

Your savings start from the first dollar, with no limits. Our cost savings program gives employees/members access to the same pre-negotiated lowered rates similar to what insurance companies receive.

The GapAfford Program is ideal for people:

• With High Deductible health insurance plans
• With no health insurance
• Who are under-insured
• Who cannot get health insurance due to preexisting conditions
• Whose plans don’t cover, or cap benefits on, certain procedures
• Who are in their eligibility waiting period
• Who are on COBRA
• No waiting periods after you receive your ID card
• No referral required to see a specialist
• No predetermination of benefits
• Actual cost and savings vary by provider and geographic area

Everyone is approved! There are no:

• Deductibles
• Pre-existing condition limitations
• Medical exams
• Claim forms
• Limitation on usage
• Age restrictions
